Limited Late Pick Up
We will have limited late pick-up on Sunday, July 14 beginning at 7:00am at Shoreline Aquatic Park. Please pick up registration materials Saturday if possible to avoid lines. We SOLD OUT last year and will have limited or no day of registration. Please register early.

You will receive a wrist band and number which is your ticket to ride, access to rest stops, technical support, lunch at the finish line festival and to receive your finisher’s gift. Please put your wrist band on. Lost wristband fee is $10.

When you arrive at Shoreline Aquatic Park, line up according to Mile Per Hour pace signs behind the flag pennants. Riders will depart single-file, red carpet style along the “aloha path” to some serious beach babe fanfare!

A Note on Event Viability
Please do not encourage unregistered riders to join you on the course without registration. Permits & insurance are granted based on the number of participants impacting the course. If you see someone taking advantage of your registration fees by supporting or encouraging unregistered riders, please notify rest stop staff. This activity increases event registration costs, and puts the event at risk for following years.

Bring and Carry Photo ID
Photo ID required at check in and we strongly recommend carrying (photocopy) Photo ID on your ride.

Pick Up For Others
You may pick up registration materials for other riders with printed registration confirmation signed by rider.

Not Sure If You Are Registered?
You can search our database to confirm your registration here.

About Goody Bags
As we are a low waste event, please note we do not give out a “goody bag” with items you may not want. Pick up any desired items from vendors at the Bike Festival and help reduce unwanted waste.

Parking Fees
Parking is available at the Aquarium or Pike parking structure  (Shoreline & Queensway/Chestnut Ave) just 100 yards from the start. (Note: the big, round building with whales painted on it is NOT the Aquarium – it’s the Convention Center. Please use the parking structures at the Aquarium or Pike and ride to the start).

Metro Blue Line
The more adventurous will leave their car at home and use Metro Blue Line and take the train to the end of the line in Long Beach. (Bravo, beach babes!).

Refunds
Because event costs are spent up front, no refunds or credits. Ride Rain or Shine. You may sell your event registration to someone else (registration transfer fee to another party is $10 paid at the event. New participant must sign a waiver and supply emergency contact info) or donate it to our virtual rider program. We will donate the ride registration on your behalf to our charity partner.

Event Insurance
If you purchased event participant insurance and need to make a claim for your registration refund, please contact the insurance carrier Allianz at (888) 491-6987. Or you may view the policy information at http://www.allianztravelinsurance.com/online/active/

Prizes & Kooky Costume Contest
Everyone registered for the Beach Babe Classic will be given a ticket for prize drawings. Winner’s number will be announced before the ride starts at the Festival. What can you win? A new Cruiser Bike, for one thing! And for our Kooky Costume Contest, it’s impossible to choose a “winner” so we have an additional drawing for those who are wearing a costume. We’ll have drawings every 30 minutes at the Finish line Festival for more prizes.
